What the form collects

Your name, business name, email, phone number, postcode, selected service and project details. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your project description.

How we use and protect it

We use your information to discuss requirements, prepare quotations and follow up on your requested project. We process quotation requests to take steps towards a contract, and use our legitimate interests to handle general business enquiries and protect the form from misuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Enquiries are stored in a private WND staff area. Our website hosting and email providers process information to operate this service and deliver notifications. A short-lived security counter uses a hashed network identifier to limit excessive submissions.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and related business records. Contact us if you want your enquiry reviewed for deletion; some records may need to be retained where there is an ongoing order or legal obligation.
